Hello! I’m so glad you are here.
I’m Tamara Asselta, and I founded Stratas Consulting because I kept seeing the same gap: growing companies with big ambitions and no one to actually build the infrastructure, lead the change or coach the teams through it.
For over 15 years, I’ve worked with startups, mid-size companies, and large enterprises across healthcare, finance, retail, tech and wellness to help them launch new services, implement the right technology, build high-performing teams, and create the operational backbone needed to scale. Most recently, I led Client Services and Sales Operations at Adswerve, where built the Adobe practice from scratch becoming the Adobe Emerging Partner of the Year two years running.
Here’s what I believe: The most impactful work happens when you pair real people with smart solutions. Technology is powerful, but only when guided by thoughtful strategy and human insight. Trust, experience, and genuine care are what make partnerships last and thrive.

The name? It came from a conversation with my friend Steve. Some wine may have been involved. I mentioned loving the word “stratus” (clouds forever), and we played with combining “strategy” and my name. What started as a joke became the name that stuck. Sometimes the best ideas happen when you’re just talking things through with someone who gets it.
